United Bus Service ltd (UBS) was incorporated in Mauritius on 5 February 1954 to operate in the local bus industry. It was listed on the Development & Enterprise Market of the SEM on 4 August 2006. UBS has been restructured in January 2013 and has transferred its fleet operation to a new identity UBS Transport ltd (UBST). UBS transport has a fleet of 303 buses and services 61 routes across Mauritius. It sells three Million tickets monthly and has workforce of 1,300 people.
